There is an adjustable PRV in case you need to lower the pressure for long term storage. The yeast piping is welded into the keg 4" TC keg lid, making for quick and easy inspecting and cleaning. The dip tube is about an inch from the bottom of the keg to help keep non-yeast solids that separate out from transferring with your repitch.
