Acid cleaning:

Be sure both drain valves for the sanitiser tank and caustic tank are closed.

Close the tank return valve and the system drain valve.

Fill the caustic and sanitiser tanks according to the manufacturer's dosage instructions.

Set the Pump-3-way to flow through the in-line heater (handle direction is the flow direction).

Set the Acid 3-way to flow back into the Acid tank.

Set the Sanitiser 3-way to flow back into the sanitiser tank.

Open the Acid drain.

Turn on the pump.

Once the flow is established back to the Acid tank, turn on the heater.

Connect the tank feed port to the tank’s spray ball or lines to be cleaned.

Connect the tank drain to the tank return port.

BE SURE THE TANK THAT IS TO BE CLEANED HAS AN OPEN VENT TO PREVENT A PRESSURE OR VACUUM BUILD UP

Sanitising:

Close the system drain valve and the tank return valve.

Switch the pump 3-way valve towards the sanitiser tank.

Open the sanitiser drain valve.

Turn on the pump to start recirculating the sanitiser back to the sanitiser tank. This will ensure the sanitiser is thoroughly mixed.

Turn the sanitiser 3-way valve towards the tank feed port to start the flow of sanitiser to the tank.

Once the sanitiser is transferred, turn off the pump and close the sanitiser drain valve.

Open the tank return valve so the sanitiser can now flow from the tank back to the pump.

Turn the pump back on to establish flow through the spray ball for the desired amount of time.

Turn the sanitiser 3-way valve back towards the sanitiser tank to return the sanitiser.

Once the tank is emptied, turn off the pump.

Open the system drain valve to empty any remaining sanitiser in the lines to a drain
